Teen Patti uses three-card hands. Learning their order before joining a table makes the game easier to follow.
Ranking order
- Trail: three cards of one rank.
- Pure Sequence: three consecutive cards of one suit.
- Sequence: consecutive cards of mixed suits.
- Color: three cards of one suit, not consecutive.
- Pair: two cards of one rank.
- High Card: none of the above.
Comparing ties
The highest relevant rank usually wins. Rules can differ on whether A-2-3 or A-K-Q ranks highest, so read the table rules.
Learn without rushing
Memorise the six categories and practise identifying example hands. Knowledge does not guarantee a result; set limits and never chase losses.
